Kudol- Galsang flower | Traditional Craft | Table mats | Eco-friendly | Natural fiber | Handmade | Home Gift
Utilizing the property of wool expanding under contact with hot water, our craftswomen carefully rub out fluffy balls using undyed yak wool and naturally-dyed sheep wool. These small woolen balls are called "kudol" in Tibetan, which are then sewn with special techniques into artworks that have both aesthetical and practical value.
This is one of Lelema's few brightly-colored products. The inspiration for this design comes from the blooming flowers of the grassland.
